Refund and Returns Policy

At Zen Ceramic, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and enjoyment during our pottery workshops. We understand that circumstances may arise that require refunds or rescheduling. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your options.

Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your workshop registration, we offer the following refund options:

    • 100% Refund: Cancellations made 10 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a partial refund, subject to 10% processing fee

    • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 9 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop date, or no-shows on the day of the workshop, are not eligible for a refund.

    • Workshop Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend but provide at least 48 hours notice, you may reschedule for another workshop date within the next 30 days, subject to availability.

    • Partner Absence: If your registered partner cannot attend, the attending participant is welcome to create an additional product on their behalf.

  2. Cancellation by Zen Ceramic: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to a different date.

Rescheduling Policy:

  1. If you need to reschedule your workshop booking, we allow one rescheduling per registration. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 5 days before the workshop date. A rescheduled workshop must take place within 1 month from the original booking date.

  2. Additional rescheduling requests or rescheduling made within [3 Days] of the workshop date may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business working days of the cancellation date. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
